Amber Heard files for restraining order against Johnny Depp, claims physical assault (photos of her alleged injury)

Never thought I'd read allegations like this against Johnny Depp...Read the exclusive report from TMZ below...

Amber Heard just showed up in court with a bruise on her face claiming Johnny Depp physically assaulted her and she's the victim of repeated domestic violence ... TMZ has learned, but sources connected to Johnny are calling BS, saying Amber "is an affront to real victims of domestic violence."
Heard showed up with her lawyer, Samantha Spector, armed with photos showing various bruises ... she claims Depp inflicted various times during their marriage. We obtained this pic ... showing Amber with a bruise around her eye, which she says Depp inflicted Saturday night. Heard claims the pic was taken shortly after she was allegedly struck.
She claims Depp smashed his iPhone on her face.

Amber claims during the alleged attack, Johnny shattered various objects in the apartment. She says she was on the phone with a friend during the fight, and when Johnny grabbed her phone she screamed to her friend, "Call the cops!" The friend called 911 and cops came to the residence.
Amber says when cops arrived Johnny had already fled, so they took a report.

We're told cops told Amber they would find Johnny and arrest him if she gave a statement about the alleged violence, but she refused. Officers told her if she changed her mind she could call them.
Cops gave Amber this business card and told her to call if she wants to press charges. As far as we know, she has not gone back to the cops.
Heard claims after he allegedly hit her he offered her money to stay quiet, but instead she filed for divorce first thing Monday morning.
Amber says she has video of one of the beatings.

It's interesting ... she's asking for a temporary restraining order claiming there's an immediate threat of harm, but Depp has been out of town since Wednesday promoting his new movie. Depp's lawyer, Laura Wasser, appeared on his behalf.
TMZ broke the story ... 3 days after Depp's mom died, Amber filed for divorce. And one week after his mom died, she's claiming domestic violence.
As for why Depp and his people are calling BS ... first she never filed a police report, and she posted Instagram pics after the alleged beating and never showed any injury.
Update:
The judge just granted a temporary restraining order, requiring Johnny to stay 100 yards away from Amber, at least until a hearing next month. That's not a real problem since Johnny is in Europe promoting his movie.

The judge also gave her the right to live in the family home. The judge rejected many other requests by Amber ... notably, the judge said no to an order keeping Johnny away from at least one of their dogs, saying there was "an insufficient showing to protect the pet dog." It's unclear why the judge didn't reference the second dog.

And Amber also got shut down when it came to awarding spousal support -- she wanted $50k per month -- and attorney's fees. The judge also rejected her request for possession of their Range Rover and another request to force Johnny into anger management.
Update:
Amber Heard claims in legal docs ... during their entire relationship Johnny Depp was verbally and physically abusive, and she lays part of the blame on drug and alcohol abuse. TMZ has obtained the legal docs Amber filed to support her claim that Johnny smashed an iPhone against her face Saturday night, which she claims triggered her move to file for divorce.

As we reported, cops came but she declined to file a report. Amber claims, before the alleged incident over the weekend -- during her birthday party at home last month ... Johnny showed up "inebriated and high." She says after the guests left, they argued and he threw a magnum-sized bottle of champagne at the wall and a wine glass at her. She says he grabbed her by the shoulders and pushed her onto the bed. She also says he grabbed her by the hair and shoved her to the floor.

Amber says she didn't see Johnny again for a month, until Saturday night. She says he was drunk and high again and they were talking about his mom's passing the day before. She says he "suddenly began obsessing" about something, got mad, grabbed the phone, "wound up his arm like a baseball pitcher and threw the cell phone at me striking my cheek and eye." She claims he also pulled her hair and struck her, then she says he grabbed a magnum-sized bottle of wine, chugged some and then used the bottle to break objects around the house.

Amber Heard had no evidence of any injuries when cops came to her home Saturday night after getting a 911 call ... this according to LAPD law enforcement sources.

As we reported, when cops arrived Amber refused to file a police report. She now claims Johnny hurled a cell phone at her face, badly bruising her eye, but our law enforcement sources say they saw no injury at all. In fact, we're told she never alleged any brutality ... just that they had an argument.
Our sources say she refused to offer any more information, so they left.

As we reported, sources connected with Johnny say Amber is lying ... making up the domestic violence story. One of the things Johnny points to is Instagram ... Amber was tagged in a pic showing she was partying with friends Sunday, the day after the alleged attack.
The LAPD says they had no reason to believe Johnny Depp struck Amber Heard with his phone when they were called to the couple's apartment.

Ha! United Airlines to end their flights to Nigeria after June 30th

Yytg
After years of operating a daily route from Houston to Lagos, United Airlines will stop flying to Nigeria next month. Their last fight will be on June 30th, ending the airline's only route to Africa. They confirmed this to a twitter user who asked them if it was true.

According to reports, United Airlines is ending their flights to Nigeria for two major reasons asides the one they mentioned above.

1, the weakness in the energy sector in Nigeria and 2. they (and other airlines) have been having difficulties collecting money from airline tickets sold in Nigeria.

Nigeria in the last few months have restricted the amount of money that can be moved abroad after the global slump in oil prices depleted our dollar reserve. Nigeria owed airlines about $575 million in air fares as of March 31, according to the International Air Transport Association.

United is not the first airline to end it's route to Nigeria. British Airways had also allegedly threatened to stop flying to Nigeria if something is not done about their money being stuck here.

Delta Airlines will now be the only major U.S. carrier flying to Africa.

United Airlines closing shop here means a lot of Nigerians will lose their jobs. Quite sad!

Should parents smack their kids? The debate is on

One caller on TV show, This Morning, sparked a firestorm after asking people to share their thoughts on corporal punishment. It faces a proposed UN ban and this has divided opinion.

One caller Elizabeth, felt there is nothing wrong with a smack on the nappy or the hand: 'I just feel now that children have more rights than parents. I see parents being bitten and hit and all the parents do is tell their children not to do it again. But it doesn't work.'
Another caller, Lauren, had a different view, she said: 'I'm against every form of abuse - tapping, smacking everything.

'There are better ways of explaining to your children what they've done wrong.
'I don't think it was OK now and I don't think it was OK back then.
She added: 'Children think that's the way to solve things.
'I couldn't ever smack my child because I would never want to see in their eyes what I felt when I was smacked as a child.

Ghanaian pastor caught pants down with a married woman on her matrimonial bed (photos)

Apostle Douglas Akwesi Amanor (pictured on the bed) was caught naked with Mrs Mina Adjei (pictured) a married woman and a member of his church on her matrimonial bed in Accra, Ghana.

Read the story as told by Nana Effei, from Tema, Ghana after the cut...

"Wonders, they say, will never end indeed. Head pastor and founder of the Apostolic Good News Church International-Apostle Doglas Akwesi Amanoris been caught naked and pants down with Mrs. Mina Adjei, a married woman and a member of his church right on her materimonial bed at her EMEFS Estate residence at Lashiebi in Accra.

Mrs. Mina Adjei, is the wedded wife of Mr. Thomas Adjei- a Managing Director of an advertising company in Osu- Accra. The couple are married for nine (9) good years and blessed with two wonderful kids- a boy and a girl.

Speaking to the victimised husband upon a tip off by our newsdesk, Mr. Thomas Adjei, totally broken down in spirit and soul narrated his tragic experience to your Authoritative New Crusading GUIDE news team who followed up on the story.

"My wife and I have been having some marital problems for sometime now base on her recent attachments and relationship with other men, and over her constant nagging and reluctancy to pick the kids from school and take care of them in her shop- which is even closer to the school. She had never accepted her fault or explained to me peacefully even when caught redhanded with men in very uncompromising situations at odd times. Due to this, families and counselors advised that we seperated for a while due to her violent attitude whenever there is a little problem while the two families put heads together to resolve the issues.
On that fateful morning of Saturday May 7, 2016, at about 6:30am, I had left my hideout to the house to go and pack my belongings from the house, since my wife and I had earlier agreed that our EMEFS Estate rent had expire, and due to some hintches in business for now, we shall rather relocate into a much affordable appartment instead of renewing the rent again" he narrated.

But he said, the woman said she would not oblige to their earlier agreement, but rather claimed she has an uncle who says he would continue with the rent for her to stay in the EMEFS appartment all by herself.

He continued that, he went with a carpenter to help him fix and change some of the locks where necessary before he finally packs out since the woman says she may be staying in the house with her so-called uncle of a benefactor, till the families resolve the issues. He said, upon reaching the house, they started knocking at the main gate for sometime before a sister- in law came out to get the door.

"I greeted and entered the house as the man of the house and walked straight to our master-bedroom to knock on our bedroom door. But as I knocked for long minutes without any response at all, I then decided to push the door to see what was wrong with my wife in there, because her sister had already confirmed that she was inside.
As soon as I pushed the door opened, my wife rushed out to push it back aganst me! Wow, what is happening here- I wondered at her attitude? This gave me the idea to suspect that something fishy was definitely going on in the room, because of my past suspesion of her with other men in her car, so I decided to force the door open toenter at all cost. I then forced the door back on her, and lo and behold, here was a thick-tall dark man naked on my own materimonial bed with my wife in my room! How else could a man be traumatized in his life than this?” he lamented.
Describing his woes to the team, Mr. Adjei, underscored that, at the instance, his heart was terrified so much so that he could not move nor scream, so all he found himself doing was to start clapping his hands for them."

He said, after some seconds, he gathered some courage and decided to take some pictures for evidence.

"But to my amazement, my shameless wife suddenly pounced on me in an attack and tore my clothes to prevent me from taking the pictures, but when she realized she couldn’t stop me, she rather ran to her so-called daddy of a pastor and stared covering his face with the man’s underwears- shouting, ‘Daddy don’t allow him to take ur face!", he elaborated.

Mr. Adjei, who said he gathered all the courage not to be violent in the act continued that he left the scene quietly when he realized the wife was trying to be violent to cover up her shame and went back to his hideout to avoid any false accusations of assault.

He said, he managed to go to his own church the next day- Sunday May 8, and then reported the case to the Larshibi Vivian Farm police who later arrested the two who were granted bail the next day. The case has since been with the DOVVSU Department of the station for further resolvation.

According to Mr. Adjei however, had been the fact that, the wife is rather shamelessly going round tanishing his image and rather painting him so black to the world without any shame.

Every effort made by our team to contact the two accused persons (the wife and the pastor) for their sides of the story had proven futile, since all their known lines have been swiched off. The only available contact of Mrs. Adjei had also rang countlessly without any response.

Meanwhile, the police has given a confirmation of the case been reported to the Vivian Farm station at Larshibi, but says the case is under investigation and so they would want to hold on to their commits and further details for now. We shall however relentlessly continue to follow up this story to abreast our readers as it unfolds.

Re: Order of Hon. Justice I. N. Buba of the Federal High Court, Lagos: A rebuttal

Read the press statement below...
The attention of the Office of the National Caretaker Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party has been drawn to misinformation going round in the print, electronic and internet media to the effect that Hon. I. N. Buba of the Federal High Court, Lagos made an order dissolving the Caretaker Committee under the leadership of His Excellency, Senator Armed Markarfi.
This is not true. It is reckless misrepresentation of facts, and distortion of information by certain aggrieved members of our Party, to mislead the members of the public.

To put the facts straight, and in rebuttal of the unfortunate misinformation of the general public, we wish to make the following clarifications:

1) Justice I. N. Buba did not make an order dissolving the Caretaker Committee. An order of Court could only be made if the court is presented with either a Motion Ex-Parte or Motion on Notice which the Court hears and makes appropriate order(s) as deemed necessary. No court makes an order not sought.
2) The Plaintiffs in SUIT NO. FHC/L/CS/613/2016 had on Monday May 23, 2016 filed a Motion on Notice for the purpose of setting aside the National Convention of the Party held on Saturday May 21, 2016. The Motion on Notice is yet to be served on the Defendant (the PDP being the 2nd Defendant in the suit) as at today Wednesday 25 May, 2016.
3) The suit comes up Friday May 27, 2016 for the hearing of all pending applications, including Motions for Stay of Proceeding/Execution of the Order of May 12, 2016 pending the Appeal already filed against the suit; Motion to Set-Aside and/or Vacate the order of May 12, 2016; Motion for joinder of certain persons; Motion on Notice by way of Notice of Preliminary Objection on ground of jurisdiction, among others.
4) At the proceedings of Tuesday May 24, 2016 Counsel to the Plaintiff, R. A. Oluyede drew the attention of the court to the fact that the order of Court dated May 12, 2016 had not been complained with. And that the 2nd Defendant has gone ahead to conduct election into the offices of:

i. National Chairman
ii. National Secretary
iii. National Auditor

5) As a matter of fact, the PDP is aware of the Order of Hon. Justice Buba of the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos dated 12th May, 2016 given in Suit No. FHC/L/CS/613/2016, to the effect that the PDP should not conduct election in the offices of :-
i) National Chairman
ii) National Secretary
iii) National Auditor

6) In strict compliance and obedience to the above order, the National Convention of the PDP did not conduct election into the above offices or any offices at all.
7) The National Convention of the PDP, in the exercise of its powers under section 12.88 of the PDP Constitution, dissolved the National Working Committee and appointed some of its members as Caretakers Committee for the next ninety (90) days, to enable it pursue true reconciliation of its disputant members towards peaceful, amicable and political settlement of the disputes leading to the cases in court.
8) No orders of injunction or any order whatsoever is granted or exists against appointing Caretaker Committee for the PDP.
9) The PDP is aware of the ruling of the Federal High Court sitting in Port-Harcourt (as advertised) in Suit No. FHC/PH/CS/524/2016, which orders are extensive, far-reaching and self-explanatory.
10) We have widely published the Orders of the Federal High Court sitting in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria per A. M. Liman dated 23rd May, 2016, which order is earlier in time to the bench ruling of Hon. Justice I. N. Buba. The orders were published on Wednesday 25, May 2016 in the following national newspapers:
i. Daily Sun pages 38-39
ii. Punch pages 26-27
iii. Thisday Newspaper pages 60-61
iv. The Nation pages 10-11.

11) The bench ruling of Justice I. N. Buba as well as records of proceedings will be widely published in due course. We have applied for it through our Counsel.
12) Certain members of the PDP who were affected by the resolution of the National Convention, being the Supreme Organ of the PDP, have resorted to desperation and manipulation of judicial proceedings.
13) At the proceedings of May 24, 2016 Mr. Oluyede informed the court that the order of 12 May, 2016 is being violated. Typical of a court of justice to preserve the integrity of the Judiciary and the sanctity of the order of Court, Justice Buba directed the Inspector General of Police to ensure compliance with the court Order of May 12, 2016.
14) As a Party, we shall fully cooperate with the IGP and the Nigeria Police in ensuring maximum compliance with the Court order dated May 12, 2016 to the effect that no election should be conducted into the above offices, namely National Chairman, National Secretary, and National Auditor pending the resolution of the cases in Court.
15) As a matter of fact, it is for this reason that the Supreme Organ of the Party, the National Convention resolved not to conduct election into all the offices of the Party.
16) As at today, the only order that is direct, specific and subsisting on the National Convention is that of A. M Liman of the Federal High
Court, sitting in Port Harcourt. The ruling of Justice Buba neither touched neither concerned the National Convention of the Party. We acknowledge that a Motion on Notice to this effect is pending before Buba J. But until that motion is moved and/or granted or struck-out there is no adverse judicial pronouncement on the proceedings at the National Convention of the PDP held on Saturday May 21. 2016.
17) Moreover, a Court of coordinate jurisdiction (another Federal High Court) sitting in Port Harcourt, has given orders deemed appropriate (in the well considered views/opinion of the Court) in respect of specific issues bordering on the outcome of the National Convention held on Saturday May 21, 2016. The said order of Liman J. subsists and specific on the issue as against that of Buba J. which only granted an injunction against conducting elections into certain offices as listed above, and the Party never conducted election into those offices as directed by the Court.

Conclusion:

No member of the PDP is bigger than the Party. No office, person, organ, or institution within the PDP is bigger than the National Convention, which is the Supreme organ of the Party with powers, to even dissolve the Party itself. Party politics thrives on party discipline. It is for this reason that we most passionately appeal to all aggrieved members and leaders of the Party to consider the ultimate interest of the Party. They should know and realise that whatever aspiration they have will only materialise with a united, stronger, just and well-positioned PDP. Nothing should be done by any members, no matter his or her status in the society, to undermine the integrity of the process and the Party. PDP is well a well structured, all-inclusive, bottom-up political party. It has inherent powers to sanction erring party members in accordance with its constitution.

It is in view of the foregoing that we appeal to all to remain law abiding. Steps are already being taking reconcile every aggrieved members, and to resolve all grievances with the ninety (90) days duration of the Caretaker Committee for the purpose of putting an end to needless litigation over issues that are purely internal affairs of our party. We should save the Nigerian Judiciary the unnecessary burdens of politically- motivated, ridiculously conflicting decisions and rulings. Unless the trends are curtailed, contradictory rulings are capable of throwing our judiciary “off-balance”. This might also impact negatively on the entire country, including both the ruling party and PDP as opposition Party.

Please let peace reign!!!
Thank you.

Yours sincerely,

Sen. Ahmed Markafi
National Caretaker Chairman, PDP

How to thrive in a difficult economy – Worth your dream income

This is a sponsored post.
Did you notice this article’s title? It says how to "Thrive", not how to "Survive" in a difficult economy. This info is worth you making your dream income like some of us. When you thrive, you flourish, whereas when you're trying to survive, you work hard, and struggle to eke out a living.
The question is, how can you thrive in a difficult economy like the one we are currently facing?
Before I answer the question, let's look at some of the current trends which is making the economy and life of Nigerians more difficult.

The price OF PMS [fuel] has gone up from N87 to N145.
That is almost 70% increase in fuel price, and that means everything in the economy will be affected because fuel is the life blood of the economy.
It means that everyone will be paying more for the following...
• Transport
• Food stuffs
• Water
• Accommodation
• School Fees
• Electricity
• Etc, etc
In fact everything is affected.
And the worst part is that most people who are doing a paid or salaried job do “not” receive a proportional increase in their earnings. And this will simply cause a serious constraint on your limited earnings, especially if you have only one income source.

It's said that "Desperate times, calls for desperate measures!"
If you find survival difficult, in a harsh economy, how do you cushion the effect?

You Can Do That By Simply Creating
Multiple Income Streams
It is a popular saying that to be rich, you need at least seven sources of income. No wonder the rich keep investing/buying stuffs to keep them rich while the middleclass/poor minded keeps spending money to make them look rich.

This is why we encourage you to become a stakeholder in the “Daily Pay, Shop And Be Paid Business”, holding this Saturday May 28th, Sunday May 29th and Monday May 31st  at Lagos, Port Harcourt, Abuja, Ibadan, Benin, Warri, Enugu and Kaduna.

**************************

Success has its rules which once followed, guarantees success. To be successful, follow the path of a successor.  Take a look at the richest man in Africa, he keeps diversifying his income every year.

Starting from Cement Production, he has diversified his sources of income by investing into Flour, Sugar, Salt, Oil and Gas(refinery), Beverages(Juice) and now Tomato Paste production. Am sure he won’t stop at this. This isn’t peculiar to him alone as most wealthy people have more than one source of income.

It’s a known fact that 50% of the world resources (money) is controlled by 1% of the world population- the ones we call BOSS. The problem here is with the society- the society has conditioned us to focus on getting ‘EDUCATED’ without doing a single course in our true MAJOR … SUCCESS. We spend about 16 to 20years of our lives in school spending an average of 2.5 million naira and above. Why do we go to the University? To become successful. But in college we take English, Accounting, Business, Engineering, etc., all courses designed to make us good employees for someone else (THE BOSS). Don’t get me wrong, education is good, in fact, it is a great tool to achieve your true MAJOR SUCCESS/FREEDOM. It’s time you get exposed to a ‘PROPER EDUCATION’ that will make your going to school count FINANCIALLY. In getting this PROPER EDUCATION, you spend far less the time and money you spend going to school.
“Work Smart - Not Hard
If a president of a large company earns N200,000,000 a year and a laborer earns N300,000 a year, does this mean the president worked 100 times harder? Did the president put in 100 times more hours in a week? I doubt if the president of any company could work that much. Why is it then that some men earn much more than others? They work smart — NOT hard. These men have found ways to provide more service, be more efficient . . . ways to lead others to more productivity. In other words, to produce more value in the same allotted time. If we wish to receive more income, we must produce more service. We must find ways of working smarter — not harder.
Some of us earn a living, in some way or another. We may be employees of a larger company or small and medium enterprises. During our working hours, we serve the vision of our employer.
We manage a huge plate of responsibilities, being part of projects, learning strategies and practices, getting training, immersing in the company culture – All to meet the END objective of the company. Some people, the workaholics, devote their whole life to working – even after work and during weekends. Their life is essentially tied to serving their company.

What IF – You start viewing our life as your company instead?
Think about it. Your life is your company. You are the CEO of your life.

Tell me, can your job deliver your dream? If it can, then it DESERVES ALL YOUR TIME.

But if it CAN’T, you better WISE UP! You CANNOT HAPPILY say you're giving your JOB ALL YOUR TIME THAT YOU CANNOT give YOURSELF just 10% of that time to BUILD YOUR OWN DREAMS!
YOUR OWN DREAMS FRIEND!!!

You don't have to quit your job just yet. Just don't cheat your future. It’s TIME to make executive decisions about your life.

What Are We About?
We are out to show those who SINCERELY DESIRE AND ARE READY to be financially free easy and smart ways of achieving this. The truth of the matter is: No matter the way you want to look at it, working for someone else is working hard, and having your own part-time business is Working Smart!

Being broke isn’t the absence of money, it is when money isn’t working for you. This is the reason why we see those with a well-paid salary job who have worked for a good number of years, going broke after 6 to 12 months of losing their jobs. A business owner making N3 million a month and employee earning the same amount monthly aren’t the same. In fact, within a year or two, the business owner will comfortable hire the employee and pay him his salary. We will help you to learn a powerful to start making good money on a part time basis.
You will need to Learn, Unlearn and Relearn to achieve this- most importantly, you earn as you learn in your free time. Nobody will be bossing you around, but materials will be made available for you at no extra cost to help you achieve your desired income goal.

This is why we encourage you to become a stakeholder in the “Daily Pay, Shop And Be Paid Business”, holding this Saturday May 28th, Sunday May 29th and Monday May 31st  at Lagos, Port Harcourt, Abuja, Benin, Ibadan, Warri, Enugu and Kaduna.
